If you need to return an item for any reason, please notify us first by email at email@example.com, and post them back to us in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Mono Dot Ltd. cannot accept any liability for items being returned that get lost or damaged. Returned items are the customers responsibility until they are received by Mono Dot Ltd. and we therefore recommend posting these by registered delivery.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method, e.g. to the Credit Card or PayPal account you originally paid with.
How long will my refund take?
We will process your refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned items.
